Solat PKR Terms and Conditions

1. General Rules and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Solat PKR ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Solat PKR platform — including games, promotions, payment services and customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any Solat PKR services. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Solat PKR is an online gaming and casino platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. The platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and supports local payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register an account with Solat PKR, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is accessible to you.
• Not be currently self-excluded from Solat PKR or from online gaming platforms generally.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Solat PKR takes the age restriction seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18, we will suspend the account, freeze all funds and request age verification documentation immediately. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, all funds associated with that account — including any winnings — will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on Solat PKR. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. Solat PKR reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances, bonuses and winnings without prior notice. If you've previously held an account that was closed, contact support before attempting to register again.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at registration and keep it current throughout your time as a Solat PKR player. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details. Providing false information — including using another person's identity — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Solat PKR will report suspected identity fraud to relevant authorities.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Solat PKR account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Solat PKR will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. Solat PKR is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to protect your login credentials.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Solat PKR applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to protect all players on the platform and to comply with anti-fraud requirements. We may request identity verification at any time, including but not limited to:

• Before processing any withdrawal request.
• When account activity patterns suggest unusual usage.
• When a player requests a significant increase to their deposit or withdrawal limits.
• When a payment method mismatch is detected between registration details and transaction details.

Accepted verification documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. You may also be asked to provide proof of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered mobile number matching your Solat PKR account).

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits at Solat PKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 across all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts. Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay typically reflect in your Solat PKR balance within minutes. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts — even those belonging to family members — is prohibited. Solat PKR reserves the right to request proof that the deposit source belongs to the registered account holder before releasing those funds for wagering.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at Solat PKR is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash process in under five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within a few hours depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC verification if identity documents have not yet been provided. Solat PKR does not charge withdrawal processing fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Currency

The Solat PKR platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. All balances, bets, wins, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges applied by Solat PKR — you deposit PKR, you bet PKR, you withdraw PKR. No exceptions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses and promotions offered by Solat PKR are subject to these general rules as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. Solat PKR reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably possible.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Solat PKR bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a number that indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 20,000 in total bets before the funds become withdrawable.

Wagering requirements for all active promotions are clearly stated on the respective promotion page before you opt in. Solat PKR does not apply hidden wagering conditions after you have accepted a bonus. If you are unsure about a specific promotion's requirements, ask our support team before claiming.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless specifically stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One bonus claim per person, per household, per device and per payment method applies. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being suspended and associated funds forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Forfeiture

Solat PKR reserves the right to cancel a bonus and associated winnings if we determine that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, a technical error, or any other violation of these Terms. In the case of a technical error resulting in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, the correct amount will be applied and any excess will be removed.

5.5 Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of bets placed towards meeting a wagering requirement. Live casino games, virtual sports and table games may contribute at a lower percentage — typically between 10% and 25%. The exact contribution rates for each game category are stated on the specific promotion page. Fishing game bets typically contribute at 50% unless otherwise stated.

6. Gameplay Rules and Technical Matters

All games available on Solat PKR operate through independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be manipulated by the platform, by any player, or by any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-run statistical performance of each game.

In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server disconnection, network interruption or game engine error — Solat PKR will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to your balance. Solat PKR is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures outside our control, including failures on your device or your internet connection.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Solat PKR and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or exploit promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any system to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit or play on Solat PKR.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or operate an account.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a deposit with your bank or payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering on Solat PKR.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming entertainment.

8. Responsible Gaming

Solat PKR is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress, hardship or compulsive behaviour. All Solat PKR accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set duration of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from Solat PKR. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Solat PKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. Your personal data is collected for the purpose of providing gaming services, processing payments, verifying identity, preventing fraud and communicating relevant promotions where you have opted to receive them.

Solat PKR does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where required, strictly for the purposes of delivering our services and meeting legal obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Solat PKR platform — including but not limited to game designs, graphics, logos, text, software, sounds and animations — is the intellectual property of Solat PKR or its licensed game and software providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit or otherwise exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Solat PKR. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Solat PKR provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, security and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solat PKR's liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Solat PKR is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures on your end.
• Technical failures on your device, browser or operating system.
• Your failure to follow game instructions correctly.
• Incorrect information provided during registration.
• Third-party actions including your payment provider's processing failures.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

Solat PKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 is confirmed or reasonably suspected.
• Required KYC verification documents are not provided within 30 days of request.
• Account activity is inconsistent with legitimate personal gaming use.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the account holder.
• A court order or regulatory instruction requires it.

On suspension, any pending withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation. Where a violation of these Terms is confirmed, balances may be forfeited. Where no violation is found, funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Solat PKR support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your Solat PKR experience — including a disputed game result, a withdrawal issue, a bonus-related disagreement or any other matter — the correct process is as follows:

1. Contact Solat PKR customer support via Live Chat, WhatsApp or Telegram with the full details of your complaint, including your account details, relevant dates and a clear description of the issue.
2. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve standard issues within 72 hours.
3. Complex disputes — including those involving alleged game errors or significant disputed sums — may require additional investigation time. We will keep you informed of progress throughout.
4. All dispute decisions made by Solat PKR are final and binding once the investigation process has been completed.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Solat PKR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment terms, bonus structures or account closure policies — we will provide notice through the platform (for example, via in-app notification or email to your registered address) at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Minor amendments — for example, clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or changes required to reflect new legal requirements — may be made without advance notice. The updated Terms will always carry the most recent revision date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Solat PKR after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Rules and Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the terms of any specific promotions you have accepted, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solat PKR with respect to your use of the platform.

No verbal representation, marketing material, or statement made by any Solat PKR employee or agent that contradicts these Terms is binding on Solat PKR unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative. These Terms supersede all previous versions and any prior agreements between you and Solat PKR.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are written in English. If any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.
