No. Each person is permitted exactly one Solat PKR account, linked to one Pakistani mobile number and one identity. You don't need documents to create your account — registration only requires a mobile number, name and date of birth. KYC comes before your first withdrawal and requires a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (National Identity Card). If your CNIC is expired or unavailable, a valid Pakistani passport is also accepted. Having your CNIC ready when you register saves time when you want to make your first withdrawal.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?" Enter your registered mobile number and we'll send a 6-digit reset code by SMS. Enter the code, choose a new password and you can log in straight away. The whole reset takes under two minutes. If you don't receive the SMS within a few minutes, check that the mobile number is correct and try again, or contact our support team.

The minimum deposit at Solat PKR is Rs 500 across all payment methods. Whether you're depositing via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) or a Visa/Mastercard, the Rs 500 floor applies. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by Solat PKR, though your payment provider may have its own daily transaction limits.

If a deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

Solat PKR does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you transfer arrives in your gaming balance. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges according to their standard rates, but those are not imposed by Solat PKR. We recommend checking your wallet or bank's fee schedule if you're unsure.

First, check your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account to confirm whether the money actually left your account. If it did and still hasn't appeared in your Solat PKR balance after 30 minutes, contact our support team via Live Chat or email at support@solatpkr.com. Provide the transaction date, amount and reference number from your payment provider. We'll trace the deposit and credit your account as soon as it's confirmed. If the money never left your wallet, try the deposit again or use an alternative payment method.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Solat PKR is Rs 500. There is no processing fee applied by Solat PKR on withdrawals. Your payment provider may charge standard transfer fees according to their own policy, but Solat PKR deducts nothing from the withdrawal amount you request.

For verified accounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of your request being submitted. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take 1 to 4 hours depending on the receiving bank. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Yes. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a clear photo or scan of your CNIC. If your withdrawal has been pending beyond the standard processing time — 5 minutes for mobile wallets, 4 hours for bank transfers — contact Solat PKR support via Live Chat and provide your withdrawal reference number. The most common reasons for delays are pending KYC verification, an active bonus wagering requirement not yet met, or a routine security review. Our team will identify the cause and either process the withdrawal or clearly explain what's needed to release it.

As a general rule, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. If your original deposit method is no longer available — for example, a mobile number has changed — contact our support team to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. Solat PKR does not deduct any withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount sent to your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account. Receiving fees charged by your own bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and follow their own rate schedules.
